Welcome to the D10xskills ecosystem. By accessing our training modules, referral networks, or digital assets, you agree to comply with the following institutional protocols. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in immediate revocation of access.

Intellectual Assets

All curriculum content, AI-agent workflows, and technical roadmaps provided by D10xskills are protected intellectual property.

Users are granted a non-transferable license for personal learning only.
Redistribution, recording, or commercial resale of training materials is strictly prohibited.
Violation of IP rights will result in legal action and permanent blacklisting from our talent desk.

Referral Governance

Participation in the Refer & Earn program is subject to validation metrics:

Payouts are only executed for "Confirmed Enrollments" (Full fee clearance).
Self-referrals or fraudulent lead submissions are automatically voided by our CRM logic.
D10xskills reserves the right to modify commission tiers based on program demand.

Admission Protocol

Admission to the Digital Architect program is selective. Once a seat is blocked and the digital onboarding is complete, the following applies:

REFUND POLICY: Due to the immediate delivery of high-value AI tool access and proprietary module assets, enrollment fees are non-refundable once the training cycle initiates.

Liability Disclaimer

While D10xskills provides the highest caliber of industry training, we do not guarantee specific income results. Success is dependent on the user's execution of the provided frameworks. D10xskills is not liable for changes in third-party AI tool policies (e.g., OpenAI, Meta, Google).

Access Revocation

We reserve the right to terminate access to live sessions and community hubs for any user exhibiting unprofessional behavior or attempting to compromise the security of our digital systems.
