At D10xskills, our objective is to transform students into high-caliber Digital Architects. While we provide the tools, industry connections, and neural workflows, career success is a shared responsibility. These terms outline our placement assistance framework.
Assistance Framework
D10xskills provides Placement Assistance, not a guaranteed job promise. The final selection depends entirely on the student's performance and the hiring partner's requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
To access the D10x Placement Hub and hiring partner network, students must fulfill the following technical benchmarks:
- 90% Attendance: Consistent participation in live mentorship sessions.
- Project Defense: Successful submission and "defense" of the Live Portfolio project.
- Neural Certification: Passing the internal D10x Technical Assessment with a score of 75% or higher.
Internship Linkage
Qualified students are eligible for a 1-to-3 month industry internship. These internships are designed to provide "Proof of Work" on real-world campaign data.
- Internships may be paid or unpaid depending on the hiring partner's policy.
- Performance during internships is a primary factor for PPO (Pre-Placement Offers).
Professional Conduct
Unprofessional behavior during interviews or internships—such as "ghosting" employers or misrepresenting skills—will lead to immediate and permanent removal from the D10x Placement Hub.
